Technique of motivated


According to Renisi Likert, "Motivation is the cure of management." Motivation is an effective instrument in the hands of management inspiring the employees and workers. Motivations an employee is to create a need and desire on the part of an employee to better his present performance. However, it is not an easy task to motivate employees and workers.
Some popular motivation techniques are in the following manner.
1)      Money as Motivator
Financial incentive also known as monetary incentive, can be use as money motivator. The involve direct or indirect payment of rewards in term of money. Money is the rewards for the works. It is important for a satisfying physiological and safety need of the employees. Thus, monivatation  rewards and a more powerful motivates fr a lower level employs and for people in a  poor country like India, Bhutan. Monetary rewards includes wages, salaries, allowances', bonus, leave with pay, housing facility, medical allowances, retirement, etc. such rewards may be paid in cases or in kind. However, this reward or more useful when they are direcrely linked to performance. Employees will be work harder when they feel the monetary rewards are worth their efforts.
2)      Participation
Employees' participated in decision making is also important technique of motivated. Participated means the physical and mental involve of employees in activity. Proofer participated yields both motivated and knowledge valuable for the such enterprises of the participation is also a means of recognition. It appeals to the needed of affiliation and excepting. It give peoples a sense of accomplishment.
            Participated in a decision making and make much form: counseling supervision, quality circuital, multiple management, and labor management cooperated, suggesting programs and others. Participated satisfied the social and ego needs of employees. Thus, manager should encourage their subordinated to participate in decision making. But encourages participated should not means that manager weakness their position
3)      Quality of Work life
Quality of work life is one of the most interesting approaches to motivation. Qulaty of work life refer to the quality fo relationship betwens employees and their totals working  environment. It is employees perception  of their physical and mental well-beings at work. Qulaty of work life is concerns with the overerally working in the organization. Therefore, it motivates employees by creating a favourable working engiroment for then.
4)      Job Enrichment
Job enrichment ia also a technique of motivation. Job enrichment means making jobs more interesting, challenging and meaningful. A pleastant and interest job allows the mpoloyee to satisfy his/her inner instincts and creads interests in the employees to work hard by accepting higher responsible.
5)      MBO technique
Management by objective can be used as a motivation technique. Both superior and subordineat partipate in discussion and set each individual majors area of and responsibility in terms of result expected of him/her. The subordinate's perfommance result is evaluate in tearm of the set target. Reward are linked to perfomming.
