FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE OF ORGANIZATION

            Functional structure was developed by F.W. Taylor. In this structure functional exports are hired the departments or functions of managers are developed on the basis of functions. Function foremanship is applied. This structure manages the limitation of line and staff structures by appointing functional exports. According to Taylor eight functional bosses can form the activities of an organization where the activities are divided into planning and implementing functions.
