Principles of oorganizatrion


Principles are the basis, guideline and criteria that make the organization more effective systematic and scientific. An organization should follow such principles. Generally the principles of management are regarded as the principles of organization some of the important principles of organizing are:-
a)    Division of work

c)    Specialization of job/work
d)    Span of control (Area for control)
