Problems/Constraints of decision making

The decision making activities may be interactive or poor decision can be made due to various constants (problem) some of the problems are:

I) Wrong Time

II) Correctness of decision/Invalid

The decisions decided by the top level management should be correct collection of correct information analyzing by adopting accurate method and correct implementation should be there for success of decision making. In absence of such information.

III) Participation

Proper participation among the members should be made lack of participation lack of counceltation may lead the decision making towards failure.

IV) Proper implementation

Proper implementation is the key of success of decision making. Improper implementation is one of the major constants of problems of decisions.

V) Ineffective Communication

If the decision are not communicated properly to the implementers or lower level managers than the decisions may not be implemented correctly and decision may wrong.
